We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains how cancellations are handled.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email. If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy after the product is delivered if you wish to return it.
We currently do not allow changes to items or addresses once an order is placed. If you need to make a change, you must cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
